Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondents impugned order dated 01.02.2013 and consequential notice issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.B3/1666/2013 dated 12.02.2013 and quash the same.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings dated 01.02.2013 and the consequential notice dated 12.02.2013. 2.The writ petitioner challenges these notices in his capacity as the President of the Panchayat. In view of the fact that the petitioner was seized to be a president of the panchayat, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
