ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide the effective police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical & electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance workon the said BTS transmission tower at Nagapattinam district, Mayiladuthurai Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mayiladuthurai municipal limit in Mayiladuthurai Town, Ward 1, Block 13 in "Nehru Nagar" in Plot No.14 in Survey No.327/3.

2. Heard Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner is putting up cell phone tower in the leased out land which has been objected by some neighbours.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the respondent Police is directed to look into the nature of the petition and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
