Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to count the service of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of SCERT training i.e. 27-4-1997 or the date following the last date of examination i.e.1-5-1997 (last date of examination being 30-4-1997 for granting Special Grade in the post of secondary grade teacher and consequently revise his pension with arrears thereof by disposing of petitioner's representation dated 13-2-2014.

ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 27.01.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 01.02.2021, under the caption "for dismissal".
