ORDER
Seeking quashment of the order issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.4863/B3/2015 dated 03.11.2015 and also a direction to the second respondent to
forward the proposal with regard to grant of recognition to the petitioner Institution in respect of 6 to 9 standards Tamil Medium to the first respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent has considered the request of the petitioner, granting recognition from the Academic Year 20112012 to 31.05.2014. However, the learned counsel submitted that with great difficulty, such recognition was obtained by the petitioner, after umpteen number of visits to the office of the respondents. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 05.01.2018 presently submitted by the petitioner (after filing this writ petition), requesting recognition for the subsequent years i.e., from 01.06.2014 to 31.05.2017.
3. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application dated 05.01.2018 made by the petitioner with regard to grant of recognition and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
