ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner who is daughter of the detenu has filed this petition pursuant to the complaint given which is registered for man missing.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the statement made by the petitioner is not correct as the detenu is missing from the month of August, 2017 onwards and statement also given to that effect by the son of the detenu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the investigation to make an attempt to secure the detenu.
