O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to conduct survey in the subject property.

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for conducting the survey on 25.11.2020 at 11.30 AM. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already fixed a date for conducting the survey, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
