This petition is filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondents 1, 3 and 4, none has entered appearance on behalf of them.

M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel takes notice and undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

6. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and print the name of M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari, as counsel for the second respondent, at the time of admission.
