The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.33963 of 2012 dated 16.04.2013.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 20.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 27.02.2023 under the caption for "dismissal". Even on 27.02.2023 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity the matter was again directed to be listed on 01.03.2023 (today) under the caption for ''dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
