This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent 1 to 3 to pay compensation for illegal arrest and F.I.R. registered in Crime No.116 of 2019 under Section 427 I.P.C. in Non Cognizable offence without getting permission or consent from Magistrate by the 4th respondent and take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

departmental action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law.

2.The relief as sought for by the petitioner can be properly redressed before the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu.
