Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 06.12.2014 given to the respondents, as one to be investigated under Sections 498-A, 294(b), 494, 506(ii) IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and investigate the same.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 06.12.2014 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.12.2014 by Post to the respondents. If the 2nd respondent has received the said complaint dated 06.12.2014 sent by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall take necessary action thereon and refer the complaint to the Social Welfare Committee for enquiry. The petitioner shall also go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 06.12.2014 to the 1st respondent, for taking suitable action.
