ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 16.02.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it appears to be essentially a money transaction between the petitioner and the opposite party. Hence, a positive direction cannot be issued to the police to register the FIR. Hence, this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
