Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition with liberty to submit a representation to the first respondent to review the order of suspension. In view of the said endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. It is open to the petitioner to submit a representation to the first respondent requesting to review the order of suspension. In case any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the first respondent as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
