Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.9078 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 05.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed to relax the said conditions

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from illness, due to which he was not able to appear before the Concerned Court. Hence he seeks to relax the condition with regard to the appearance of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing submits that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate this petition is dismissed. However this Order will not stand on the way for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
