This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2013 passed in W.P.No.33965/2012. 2.There was no representation for the petitioner on earlier occasion at 10.02.2023. Since none appeared on earlier occasion, this case was posted under the caption " For Dismissal" today.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
