When the matter was listed for hearing on 24.06.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 28.06.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 30.06.2022, when the matter was listed, again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 05.07.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. Even today, i.e. 05.07.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.21163 of 2014 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
