(Order of the Court was made by G. ARUL MURUGAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the third party seeking to grant leave to file Writ Appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.6168 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that though the suit is pending between the petitioner herein and the writ petitioner in OS No.771 of 2023 seeking for partition of the suit properties, the writ petitioner had filed writ petition in W.P.No.6168 of 2025 seeking for issue of survey patta in respect of very same properties without disclosing the pendency of the suit.

3. Since the order has been passed on 25.02.2025 in W.P.No.6168 of 2025, now the petitioner has filed present writ petition seeking third party leave to file an appeal
