ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.It is seen from the records that already civil proceedings are pending between the parties in A.S.No.29 of 2019 before the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore. Therefore, the parties will have to necessarily agitate their rights only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Appellate Court. The relief as sought for in this petition can also to be moved before the Appellate Court and this Court cannot exercise its jurisdiction in a pending civil proceedings.
