By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that she has been in possession of the property for more than 55 years. In this regard, she has given representation for the grant of patta. Despite directions given by the Collector to the Tahsildar in X/K/(M.1)/28951/2019 dated 03.12.2019, no action has been taken and hence, she seeks a direction. 5.

In such view of the matter, let the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proceedings dated 03.12.2019 on its own merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
