The present intra-Court Appeal has been instituted challenging the interim order dated 13.07.2021 in W.P.No.1640 of 2017. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main writ petition has been disposed of by the learned single Judge by order dated 11.12.2023. Thus, the Writ Appeal became infructuous and consequently, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
