ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the brother of the petitioner by name Ekambaram is involved in a case and warrant has been pending against him.

4. Hence, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police to trace out his brother Ekambaram. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
