ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 03.11.2014 and to initiate necessary action, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Central Crime Branch and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
