The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that originally the third respondent has agreed to sell the property in S.No.252/2B admeasuring to an extent of 0.86 acres in Panruti, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District and he intent to purchase the property through a registered a sale deed dated 09.06.2006. The petitioner has presented the sale deed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

through a lawyer for registration and it was returned by the second respondent on the ground that since the advocate is not competent to present the document. The petitioner aggrieved by the same, filed an appeal before the first respondent. It is the further submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since the third respondent has also agreed to co-operate with the petitioner and as and when he represents the sale deed, the second respondent may be directed to register the same on compliance of formalities in accordance with the relevant norms.

2. Heard the submission of Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that he will co-operate with the second respondent for registration of sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the petitioner is permitted to represent the sale deed for registration before the second respondent and the second respondent shall entertain the same, if the papers are otherwise in order and thereafter, subject to the fulfillment of relevant norms and procedure, shall register the sale deed and handover the same to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and not later than three weeks from the date of representation of the document.
