ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2015 and to carry out the investigation of the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.46 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
