Side)on behalf of the RespondentS the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that in this case, now, investigation completed and charge sheet filed before the Special Court, Cuddalore and the same has been taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.19 of 2021.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitioner with liberty to file a fresh petition.
