ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR against the persons referred in his complaint dated 16.08.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is represented that according to the petitioner, he has sent a complaint dated 16.08.2014 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 16.08.2014 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
