ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case and file an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 30.10.2013 in CSR.No.17529/COP/Visitors/2013 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It appears that earlier, for the same cause of action, a complaint was given and enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.250 of 2013 and the same was closed. Thereafter, the same petitioner approached this Court in CrlOP No.27983 of 2014, which was dismissed by this Court on 14.10.2014 and again, another CrlOP No.31183 of 2014 filed by the same petitioner was dismissed on 04.12.2014. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given and the petition is dismissed.
