ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court, by an order dated 04.11.2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with some conditions and one of the condition is that the petitioner was directed to donate a sum of Rs.15,000/- by cash in favour of the Municipal Commissioner, Krishnagiri District for the purpose of Amma Unavagam, without prejudice to his right.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made payment of Rs.15,000/- as directed by this Court vide order dated 04.11.2020 and thereafter, he had executed the sureties and he is appearing before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday in obedience to the order of this Court dated 04.11.2020.
