ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking extension of leave already granted by this Court, the present petition has been filed.

2. Considering the averments made, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted till 12.11.2020 subject to the same conditions imposed in the earlier order. The convict shall return to the prison on 12.11.2020 at 5.00 p.m. We make it clear that no further extension will be granted. This miscellaneous petition stands ordered accordingly.
