O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 04.09.2010 made in E.A.No.41 of 2009 in E.P.No.113 of 2006 in O.S.No.1035 of 1991 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the matter came for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the appeal in the execution proceedings, the respondents have taken delivery of the property and as such nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
