O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.151 of 2014, pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor and the same is yet to be numbered. 3.The first respondent is directed to number the final report within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
