This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 321 days in filling S.A.SR.No.74128 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
