O R D E R
The petitioner is working as Cashier under the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Limited at Dharmapuri. Since the petitioner was involved in certain matters filed before the High Court against the Corporation, he was directed to work in the Yard.
According to the petitioner, he is not having expertise to work in the Yard. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation on 12.12.2014 requesting the third respondent to permit him to work as Cashier instead of working in the Yard. Since the said representation was not taken note of by the third respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 12.12.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed with in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not given salary for the last four months. It is open to the petitioner to submit a representation for payment of salary, for the period in question. In case any such representation is given, the same shall also be disposed of by the third respondent on merits.
4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 12.12.2014 along with a copy of this order so as to enable the third respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
