With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.According to the petitioner that he was working as Head Master in the 4th respondent school and he was superannuated from service on 30.11.2015. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.10.2015 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking extension of service till the academic year 2015-2016. Since, the representation was not considered and disposed of, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Sairaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
