This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the Crime No.491/2021 instead of Crime No.419/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8699 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 and to extension of time to execute the order of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Time is granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8699 of 2021 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of amended copy of the order. 22.09.2021 ssi Note: Registry is directed to make necessary amendment and issue a fresh amended order copy.
