The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2023 from the file of the Sub Court at Tindivanam to the file of the Sub Court at Alandur.

2. The respondent, though served, has not entered appearance nor has he opposed the application.

3. The petitioner is a permanent resident of Pallavaram at Chennai. The husband is a resident of Vanoor Taluk near Tindivanam. He has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Tindivanam.

4. A perusal of the papers shows that the petitioner has a child, who is about two years old. It would be difficult for the wife to travel with a child from Pallavaram to Tindivanam.

5. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2023 are withdrawn Page No 2 of 4

from the file of the Sub Court at Tindivanam and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Alandur.

6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
