Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus,directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders in T.D.P.Case.No.13/2007 and promote the petitioner to the post of District Revenue Officer with retrospective effect from the year 2008 with all attended benefits before his retirement on 30.06.2010 interms of the letter No.789/A4/2009-18 dated 20.03.2010 issued by the 1st respondent.
