This application has been filed seeking permission to produce further documents. This application has been filed by the plaintiff.

2. The suit had been filed seeking a declaration that an agreement of sale dated 17.08.2020 registered as Document No. 2810 of 2020 in the office of the Sub Registrar at Purasawalkam entered into between the first defendant and the third defendant is null and void and to declare that the defendants are not entitled to deal with the suit property consequent to an order dated 05.07.1974 in C.P. No. 109 of 1973 and C.P. No. 110 of 1973 and for consequential injunction.

3. The written statement has already been filed by the defendants and the issues have also been framed. The parties have been directed to tender evidence.

4. At that state, this particular application has been filed seeking permission to produce further documents.

5. The documents have been listed as annexure to the judge's summons. A perusal of the same shows that it relates to the pleading in O.S. No. 284 of 2008 which was pending before the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Nellore and also the judgment and decree in the said suit. Since they are judicial proceedings and therefore, the admissibility of the same could not be questioned, but only relevancy will have to be examined, the application stands allowed.

6. It has to be noted that the learned counsel for the defendants is not present, but at any rate, taking into consideration the nature of documents, orders had been passed in the application. 09.07.2024 Maya 1/2
