This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent in 1/4

proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A7 - 3219-08, dated 12.04.2009.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner purchased a property for one Alagammal vide registered sale deed dated 28.04.2006. Based on the sale deed, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 14.05.2009 for issuance of patta. In order to grab the petitioners property, the siblings of the petitioner's vendor Alagammal made a complaint to the second respondent. After enquiry, the second respondent, vide his proceedings dated 12.04.2009, directed the third respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner. However, till date, the same was not considered and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking an appropriate remedy.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to implement the order of the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to implement the order dated 12.04.2009 passed by the second respondent 2/4

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. No costs.
