C.M.P.No.11909 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent, C.M.P.No.11912 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and C.M.P.No.11917 of 2022 has been filed to bring the petitioners 2 to 4 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the publication has been effected but there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
