2. On earlier occasion, since the learned counsel appearing for the appellant reported no instructions from the appellant, notice was directed to be sent to the appellant and till date, it has not been returned. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel, who had appeared for the appellant, was directed to take private notice to his client. The said notice has been returned with an endorsement 'not known'. Hence, we have no other alternative, but to dismiss the appeal for nonprosecution. Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for non-prosecution. No costs.
