Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider my application dated 20.07.2024 in order to measure my land to an extent of 1.01 Acres comprised in Survey No.208/1D, 1H1B, 1J, 1N & 1R, situated at Marappanayakanpatti Village and property land to an extent of 3.25 Acres comprised in Survey No.4/3A, situated at Ernapuram Village, Namakkal District, totaling to an extent of 4.50 Acres by furnishing the Survey Report thereby fixing boundaries within a stipulated time.

The writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.07.2024 and seeking to measure the properties of the petitioner in Survey No.208/1D, 1H1B, 1J, 1N & 1R, situated at Marappanayakanpatti Village and Survey No.4/3A, situated at Ernapuram Village, Namakkal District, totaling to an extent of 4.50 Acres by furnishing the Survey Report thereby fixing boundaries.

2. The petitioner relies on the partition deed dated 24.06.2020 to claim right over the property and he also made necessary payment through challan dated 20.07.2024.
3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, on written instructions, submits that already the application of the petitioner has been taken for consideration and date has been fixed on 13.05.2025 for surveying the property.
4. In view of the submissions made and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the process as per the application submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also made clear that if any other interested parties are there, proper notice shall be given and survey shall be conducted in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
