ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned IX Judge, Small Causes Court (Rent Control Appellate Authority) to dispose of R.C.A.No.756 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner/landlady filed R.C.O.P.No.2164 of 2012, before the XV Small Causes Court, Chennai. The Court below by an order dated 17.10.2014, has passed an order of eviction. Aggrieved over the same, the respondents/tenants have filed R.C.A.No.756 of 2014.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/landlady that some of the tenants have already been vacated through the legal process. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that already two R.C.A.'s in R.C.A.Nos.784 of 2014 and 718 of 2014 have been disposed of on 26.03.2015, which are filed in respect of co-tenants. In such circumstances, it is stated that because of the pendency of this R.C.A., the revision petitioner is disenabled from enjoying the fruits of the decree obtained in other two cases.

4. It is also pertinent to note that the revision petitioner is a senior citizen and a widow waiting to see the end of litigation. Therefore, a direction for speedy disposal by this Court is essential, which cannot cause prejudice to the other side.

4. In view of the same, Rent Control Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of R.C.A.No.756 of 2014,within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
