2. CMP.No.12803 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 101 days in representing the appeal filed against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Bhavani.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

4. Considering the submission made by the counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed.
