Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to survey the schedule mentioned property with the licensed surveyor.

3. In this regard, a representation is pending before the second respondent. Since no survey was conducted, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the contention raised by the petitioner, there will a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2014. If there is no other legal impediment, the property of the petitioner shall be surveyed in accordance with law after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
