The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Ref.No.384/Tam/NA/OT/Med/2016-17 dated 14.08.2018 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 23.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
