C.M.P.No.13403 of 2020 in C.M.A.SR.No.150606 of 2019 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 547 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appears for first respondent and for second respondent an endorsement has been made that he is not a necessary party vide order dated 01.03.2021.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the view that the petition may be allowed on condition that the petitioner pays a cost of Rs.1000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, High Court Building, Chennai, on or before 28.03.2023. The memo of compliance shall be filed on or before 28.03.2023.
