O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Rc.No.61573/NGB V(2)/2016 dated 21.10.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to revise the seniority in the rank of HCs in the range seniority so as to enable the petitioner to get further promotion as Sub Inspector of Police (AR) on par with one C.Sampath Kumar(HC 1224) Erode with effect from 28.06.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that similar matter has been reserved ''for orders'' in WA.(MD) Nos.1159 to 1165 of 2020 and connected batch, etc. and hence, he has requested this Court to close the Writ Petition as the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, will be subject to the result of the 2/4

above Writ Appeals and connected batch.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of as the relief sought for by the petitioner, in this Writ Petition will be subject to the result of the Writ Appeals in WA.(MD) Nos.1159 to 1165 of 2020 and connected batch, etc. No costs.
