(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appeal has been filed against the interim order of maintenance passed in I.A.No.33/2013 in H.M.O.P.No.56/2012 by the learned First Additional Judge, Sub Court, Erode. He seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal and made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
