3.The terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 18.07.2023 is recorded and the terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order. Therefore, the 1st respondent/decree holder is entitled to enforce and execute the award dated 29.03.2022 in ARC No.9 of 2020, with 24% per annum and the Sub Registrar, Thusi, Thiruvannamalai District is directed to accept the same and make an endorsement in the Register. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. is to be read as follows:
