This matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel and seeks for suitable order. 2.The operative portion of the order dated 18.07.2023 made in the above Civil Revision Petition, i.e.

3.The terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 18.07.2023 is recorded and the terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order. Therefore, the 1st respondent/decree holder is entitled to enforce and execute the award dated 09.02.2021 in ARC No.328 of 2019, with 24% per annum and the Sub Registrar, Thusi, Thiruvannamalai District is directed to accept the same and make an endorsement in the Register. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. is to be read as follows:
